Our consent infrastructure
VirtualSilvr uses an enterprise-grade consent management platform fully compliant with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and Google Consent Mode v2. Consent records are logged and auditable in accordance with GDPR Article 7.
All platform data is processed and stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Economic Area. No data is transferred outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Azure Key Vault manages encryption keys with hardware security module (HSM) backing.
Our infrastructure operates under Azure's ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and CSA STAR certifications. Microsoft Fabric and Databricks components maintain equivalent standards.
Every consent event is timestamped, versioned, and stored in an immutable audit log. You can request a record of your consent history at any time via privacy@virtualsilvr.com.
Managing your cookie preferences
Once our consent management platform is live, you will be able to manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings panel. In the meantime, you can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies
Note: Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality. Analytics and functional cookies can be disabled without impact to core features.
